This venture-backed software company had grown very rapidly from $50Million to nearly $500Million, based primarily on a relationship with a single customer. When that customer changed its business model, this company faced a severe revenue decline and needed to reinvent itself

What We Did

Over a period of six months, C3 worked with management to refocus the company’s strategy, redesign the business model, and develop implementation plans. We also helped leadership gain Board agreement with the new direction and to align the management team to the new strategy.

Results

Faced with a 90% reduction in revenue within 9 months, the company refocused on two core product platforms, right-sized its workforce, and has successfully begun to grow its client base.
