Celia Ellingson

Celia S. Ellingson is President and CEO of C3, a management consulting organization that integrates strategy and innovation, operational improvement and change management. Celia has extensive experience as a consultant, strategist and marketer, serving a wide range of clients from start-ups to Fortune 50 organizations over the past 15 years. After a 17-year career with Arthur Andersen, Celia then worked for 5 years to start a consulting practice in a regional CPA firm before founding C3 in 2006. C3 helps clients identify opportunities, solve problems and implement change.
